This is a template document. Each client receives a customized SOW based on their specific engagement scope and requirements identified during onboarding.
This Statement of Work ("SOW") is executed pursuant to the Master Service Agreement between Aliff Solutions FZC ("Provider") and the Client identified below. This SOW defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for the engagement. Terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the MSA.

2. Scope of Work and Deliverables
Services follow the Aliff Solutions structured engagement methodology. Deliverables are organized by phase:
Phase 1: DISCOVER — Client Intake and Intelligence
- Organization account setup and user provisioning
- Know Your Customer (KYC) profile completion with SAM.gov verification
- Automated intelligence gathering (entity verification, federal award history, market positioning)
- Capability statement review and upload
Phase 2: DIAGNOSE — Assessment and Strategy
- GovCon Readiness Assessment (tier as selected: Basic / Deep / Strategic)
- Discovery session — structured consultation covering target agencies, past performance, competitive landscape, and growth objectives
- Problem-Solution Specification — AI-generated strategic document identifying gaps, competitive position, and 90-day action plan
Phase 3: PROPOSE — Service Recommendation
- Custom service proposal mapping identified gaps to specific platform modules
- Pricing and timeline for recommended engagement scope
- Module selection and configuration plan
Phase 4: DELIVER — Platform Configuration and Ongoing Service
- Custom dashboard configuration based on NAICS codes, agencies, and competitive landscape
- Module activation (as specified below)
- Aliff Copilot configuration for client-specific domain context
- Ongoing platform access and support during the period of performance
Specific phases and deliverables included in this SOW are indicated by checkbox in the executed version. Not all phases apply to every engagement.
3. Assumptions and Dependencies
This SOW is based on the following assumptions:
- Client will provide accurate and complete information during the KYC process, including valid UEI/CAGE codes, NAICS codes, and certification documentation
- Client will make authorized personnel available for the discovery session within the agreed timeline
- Client has an active SAM.gov registration (or will obtain one before platform onboarding)
- Client will designate a primary point of contact with authority to provide information and approve deliverables
- Any delays caused by Client's failure to provide required information or approvals may extend the timeline without additional liability to Provider
4. Fees and Payment Schedule

All amounts in USD. Payment terms per the MSA (Net-30 unless otherwise specified). Pricing is custom for each engagement — there are no standard tiers.
5. Acceptance Criteria
Deliverables are considered accepted under the following conditions:
- Readiness Assessment: Delivered upon generation and availability in the platform. Accepted upon Client review or within five (5) business days of delivery, whichever is earlier.
- Problem-Solution Specification: Client reviews and approves or requests revisions within ten (10) business days. One (1) round of revisions is included. Additional revisions are billed at the consulting rate specified in this SOW.
- Dashboard Configuration: Client reviews configured dashboard and confirms module selection within five (5) business days. Configuration changes after acceptance are subject to change order process.
- Platform Access: Ongoing service; no acceptance required. Service levels defined in the MSA apply.
6. Change Orders
Changes to the scope, deliverables, timeline, or fees of this SOW require a written Change Order signed by both parties. The Change Order process is as follows:
- Requesting party submits a written description of the proposed change, including the business rationale and desired outcome
- Provider assesses the impact on timeline, fees, and deliverables and provides a written estimate within five (5) business days
- Both parties sign the Change Order before work on the change begins
- Approved Change Orders become part of this SOW upon execution
No work on out-of-scope items shall commence until a Change Order is executed. Verbal requests for changes are not binding.
Execution
This SOW, together with the Master Service Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the services described herein.
